Key responsibilities:
* Web Application Security: Identify and address security vulnerabilities in web applications, ensuring the integrity and security of our systems.
* Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT): Perform VAPT activities using industry-standard tools to uncover security weaknesses and develop strategies for remediation.
* Security Remediation: Collaborate with development teams to implement security fixes in both frontend and backend systems, adhering to best practices.
* Compliance and Standards: Support efforts to maintain compliance with ISO 27001 standards and other relevant security frameworks.
* OWASP Top 10: Utilize your knowledge of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities to guide the identification, prevention, and remediation of security risks.
* Security Tools: Use tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, and other security tools for testing and validation of fixes.
* Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed security reports, document the remediation process, and communicate findings and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, or ISO 27001 lead auditor/implementer certification are preferred.
2. Project Experience: Prior experience in cybersecurity projects, particularly involving web application security or VAPT, will be an advantage.
