About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Computer Lab Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity and expertise in both offensive and defensive tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing computer labs, ensuring the smooth operation of all systems, and supporting both students and instructors. This role requires excellent technical and communication skills, along with the ability to multitask in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lab & System Management: Maintain and manage computer labs and all associated systems professionally and efficiently. Ensure all computer systems, projectors, microphones, and other classroom equipment are in optimal working condition.
2. Cybersecurity Expertise: Utilize hands-on knowledge of offensive and defensive cybersecurity tools to enhance the learning experience. Provide technical support and guidance to students on cybersecurity practices.
3. Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with students, instructors, guest speakers, and SDI (System Development & Integration). Communicate effectively via email and other channels for scheduling and updates.
4. Content Creation & Reporting: Prepare weekly test papers and conduct evaluations. Generate daily reports on class topics and activities.
5. Classroom Management: Ensure proper arrangements of classroom equipment, including projectors and microphones, before every session. Take full responsibility for the readiness of computer systems during classes.
6. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize MS Office tools to create professional reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
