About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Develop new tools using state-of-the-art technologies and techniques (Python and data science) and support others in the research and product development group on these technologies
2. Carry out backtesting, research, and analysis of equity factor-based strategies using historical market data and Barra factor models, and portfolio construction tools
3. Employ logic and mathematical/programming tools to tackle abstract financial problems
4. Handle big data modeling and database management

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 6 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
