Data Analyst Job

Responsibilities and Duties:
Design, develop, and maintain business & Sales dashboards and reports to support decision-making in sales and operations.
Extract and analyze sales data from various sources, including internal databases and external market research.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and reports by implementing quality control measures.
Develop and automate sales reports, visualizations, and dashboard updates for daily, weekly, and monthly review by senior management.
Provide analytical support for sales forecasting, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
Assist in the implementation of data analytics tools and software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Train and support team members in the use of data analysis tools and dashboards.
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in data analytics and reporting tools.


Qualifications:
5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst ideally within a manufacturing or similar industrial sector.
Strong proficiency in data analytics and data scraping tools .
Experience with database management and SQL programming.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, with an understanding of sales processes and operations.
Knowledge in Python & R is an added Advantage.
