1. Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources to provide insightful and actionable daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports
2. Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track key metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
3. Collaborate with business units to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored reports
4. Utilize BI tools to create consumable reports and dashboards for different stakeholders
5. Communicate complex data in a clear, concise manner understandable by non-technical stakeholders, including CXO-level executives
6. Apply statistical techniques to forecast future trends and provide insights for business planning
7. Identify patterns and correlations among various data points to predict outcomes and support strategic decisions
8. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality checks and validation processes
9. Manage and optimize databases, data collection systems, and data analytics platforms
10. Work closely with cross-functional teams to address business needs and improve data-driven decision-making
11. Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
2. 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
3. Proficient in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
4. Experience with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
