Data Annotator Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Performs annotation for text files to support ground truth data generation
2. Understands and follows the SOP, procedures, and guidelines to execute daily tasks
3. Performs repetitive annotation activities and adapts to dynamic instructions without compromising on quality
4. Uses internal tools and software provided by the team to track daily status completion and queries
5. Participates in data collection activities when scripts and instructions are provided
6. Adheres to compliance and confidentiality requirements
7. Suggests improvements to tools, processes, and annotation guidelines

Who can apply:

1. A graduate in any field of study (quantitative fields such as science and engineering are preferred but not mandatory)
2. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
3. Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox, etc. are required
4. Basic knowledge of ML data labeling process, related tools, and software used for ground truth generation
5. Flexibility and interest to do repetitive tasks are required
6. Exceptional attention to detail
7. High level of energy and proactive nature
8. A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential
9. Minimum of 6 months of work experience in data labeling on text data with multiple classes of objects and attributes
