Key Responsibilities: (Training will be given by the organization)
1. Being responsible for all aspects of Patent docketing and documentation for US jurisdiction.
2. Docket along with uploading & linking of relevant documents in the respective matter.
3. Ensuring correct bibliographic information is updated, generating correct reminders to ensure paralegals/attorneys are timely informed about actions due.
4. Reviewing patent prosecution-related documents (US & Non-US) received.
5. Processing allocated work as per client requirements and as per work instructions with a high standard of quality.
6. Reporting and describing docketing-related queries to the manager or client (if needed).
1. Minimum 0-1 year of experience in the patent docketing role. (preferable)
2. Good to have knowledge of filing.
3. Sound knowledge of MS Office & internet/research.
4. Good written & verbal communication skills.
5. Good analytical skills.
