Key Responsibilities:

1. Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems accurately.
2. Verify data consistency by cross-checking and validating information.
3. Utilize keyboard shortcuts and automation tools (e.g., Excel macros) to enhance efficiency.
4. Communicate with the team regarding any data-related issues or inconsistencies.
5. Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
6. Assist in data management, including organizing and retrieving records.
