Data Entry Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transfer data into database systems
2. Type in data provided directly from customers or other parties
3. Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
4. Verify data by comparing it to source documents
5. Update existing data
6. Produce reports
7. Retrieve data as requested
8. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

3. Multitasking abilities
4. Typing Speed must be above 30 words per minute
5. Proven experience as a data entry clerk
6. Excellent knowledge of word-processing tools
7. 0 - 6 months of experience with spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
8. Basic understanding of Databases
9. Good command of English both oral and written, and customer service skills
10. Great attention to details
