About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining the master database in Excel & CRM software
2. Working on data mining & data filtration
3. Using promotional software for bulk SMS & emailing
4. Working on the CRM software
5. Drafting the proposals & mailing clients
6. Working on maintenance & filtering of the lead generation data
7. Updating the Information on the website from the backend
8. Maintaining the exhibitor & visitor forms/logos/list/emailer designs
9. Coordinating with the software & other vendors
