Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries related to debt collection
2. Follow up with customers to recover overdue payments
3. Update customer accounts with the latest payment information
4. Negotiate payment arrangements with customers
5. Develop and propose collection solutions for delinquent accounts
6. Communicate with legal representatives to discuss and resolve account
7. Respond to customer inquiries and work with customers to resolve overdue accounts
8. Work with other team members to ensure accounts are properly managed and closed

Required:
