About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to confidently sell to C-level executives
2. Identify qualified prospects, effectively present the key features and benefits of our projects, and secure their participation as delegates
3. Lead market research for respective events
4. Reach decision-makers over the phone
5. Generate maximum revenue for any given event
6. Initiate and maintain timely follow-ups with new clients under minimal supervision
7. Follow up with clients for outstanding payments
8. Meet or exceed personal targets and call time rates
9. Collaborate with conference producers and marketing managers to optimize sales techniques and marketing focus
10. Build client relationships for future business
11. Work closely with various internal departments and external industry associations, media, ministries, NGOs, and corporations for sponsorship opportunities
