We are a German craft bakery and bistro from Stuttgart and St. Leon, based in Koramangala, Bangalore. Our mission is to bring authentic German bread culture and delicious food to India.

Under the guidance of our Senior Head Chef Anton Reissmueller (73) from Germany and our incredible team from across India and the world, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated DCDPs to join us on this journey. We consider ourselves a big family and are excited to grow and expand our startup with you. Here's what you should bring to the table or should I say, the oven:

Key Responsibilities:

1. 3-4 years experience in a professional kitchen
2. Flexible in diverse working hours (morning and late evening shifts)
3. Excited to work with a unique start up
4. Honest & punctual
5. Eager to learn and expand knowledge
6. Receptive to be trained from the Senior Head Chef Anton from Germany & explore new German dishes (annually 2-4 times)
7. Good experience with dough and baking
8. Hard working
9. Maintenances of hygienic protocols of the baking studio & kitchen
10. Able to take up responsibilities and swiftly handle them
11. Not afraid to voice out challenges or ask for support
12. Interested in helping out in tasks in the Kitchen and Baking space with an open mind of us being a small start-up!
13. Being in for the long run with the intention to grow through us and with us, long term
14.Swift in learning new recipes
15. Someone seeking to be part of an international team and new learnings in your craft
