We are a German craft bakery and bistro from Stuttgart and St. Leon, based in Koramangala, Bangalore. Our mission is to bring authentic German bread culture and delicious food to India.

Under the guidance of our Senior Head Chef Anton Reissmueller (73) from Germany and our incredible team from across India and the world, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated DCDPs to join us on this journey. We consider ourselves a big family and are excited to grow and expand our startup with you. Here's what you should bring to the table or should I say, the oven:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the professional kitchen and assist in its operations.
2. Collaborate with the Pastry Department, bringing your passion for pastry to the team.
3. Adapt to diverse working hours, including morning and late evening shifts.
4. Embrace the unique startup environment and contribute to its growth.
5. Exhibit honesty and punctuality in all tasks.
6. Demonstrate eagerness to learn and expand your culinary knowledge.
7. Be receptive to training from Senior Head Chef Anton and explore new German dishes during annual visits (2-4 times).
8. Leverage your training and/or experience in pastries to create exceptional baked goods.
9. Maintain hygiene protocols in the baking studio and kitchen.
10. Take on responsibilities and manage tasks effectively.
11. Communicate challenges and seek support when needed.
12. Assist with various kitchen and baking tasks with an open mind, understanding the dynamics of a small startup.
13. Commit to long-term growth with us, aiming to advance within the organization.
14. Quickly learn and master new recipes.
15. Collaborate with an international team and embrace new learning opportunities in your craft.
