Department Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Promote your assigned sport in the area.
2. Share product knowledge with other sports-passionate customers and users, make them feel amazing, and deliver the best experience.
3. Improve sports performance and growth of your local business (forecasting & PNL).
4. Handle the stock management for your assigned sport.
5. Manage the in-store merchandising and your assigned sport inside the Decathlon store.
6. Innovate, push your boundaries, and exceed expectations on a day-on-day basis.
7. Work on being yourself, embrace, and pass on the Decathlon sense and culture.
8. Interact/engage with local sports communities on social media & be data-driven.
