About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist the manager and partner in managing client relationships and providing financial advisory services to our clients
2. Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
5. Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and participate in the proposal process

Skill(s) required

Accounting Tally

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Tally

Learn Financial modeling valuation

Learn Personal Finance

Other requirements

CA degree or CA Inter qualified

Knowledge of Tally software and tax computation software like Genius is preferred

Fresher CA-qualified candidates are also welcome

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 85%

2. Variable component: 15%
