About the job

We seek a creative and energetic fashion designer who can assist our founder in producing high-quality designs. As a fashion designer, you should first know the principles of design and textiles in the fashion industry. In addition, you should be able to employ this knowledge in creating aesthetically pleasing and functional apparel designs on paper.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design support:
a. Propose innovative ideas to enhance the brand's design portfolio.
b. Assist in conceptualizing and developing upcoming collections.
c. Collaborate on sketching, fabric selection, and overall design process.
d. Maintain an organized archive of designs, patterns, inspiration boards, collection presentations, and lookbooks.

2. Client consultation:
a. Provide personalized styling and design consultations to boutique clients.
b. Understand client preferences and guide them through our collections.
c. Offer recommendations on customizations and bespoke designs.

3. Coordination and communication:
a. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for fabric, trims, and accessories.
b. Communicate design updates and client requirements effectively with the team.

Other requirements

1. A degree or diploma in fashion design or a related field.

2. Strong sketching and design skills, with proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc..).

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4. A keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion trends.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 17,500 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 2,88,000 /year
