Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
1 to 3 years of experience as a Design Engineer or in a similar role
Proficiency in fusion 360, catia, autocad, and other design softwares
Strong understanding of engineering principles and design standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to analyze and solve complex design problems
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Transform ideas and concepts into detailed design plans using fusion 360, catia, autocad, and other design softwares
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and seamless coordination during the design process
Create and modify 2D drawings and blueprints to accurately represent design specifications
Evaluate design prototypes and make necessary modifications to improve functionality and efficiency
Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools to continuously enhance design capabilities

Contribute to design reviews and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all design activities
Troubleshoot design issues and provide timely solutions to meet project deadlines
