The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing pharmaceutical machines, tools and dies, and structural components. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, creativity, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pharmaceutical machine design: Develop and design advanced pharmaceutical machinery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
2. Tool and die design: Create detailed designs for tools and dies used in the manufacturing process, focusing on precision and efficiency.
3. Structural design: Design structural components and systems, ensuring they meet safety and performance requirements.
4. Project management: Manage design projects from concept to completion, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D, to ensure designs are feasible and meet project goals.
6. Prototyping and testing: Develop prototypes and conduct tests to validate designs and ensure they meet specifications.
7. Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for all designs.
8. Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for improving design processes and implement best practices.

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, industrial design, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
2. Experience: pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
3. Skills:
○ Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
○ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
○ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
○ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
○ Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
