Fellows with a background in design, architecture, engineering, and related fields collaborate with social organizations in the following ways:
1. Design interventions aimed at addressing various social issues such as poverty, homelessness, domestic violence, and mental health
2. Creating visually engaging communication materials to raise awareness
3. Develop digital platforms, aids, and tools to facilitate access to social services, provide online support, and foster community engagement
4. Contribute to the creation of supportive physical environments that promote social well-being and inclusion
5. Advocate for human-centered design practices across various interventions within social work organizations and agencies
6. Provide training and capacity-building sessions for field staff as well as communities

6. The minimum stipend/salary is INR 22,000 per month per fellow in metro cities and INR 18,000 per month in the rest of the country.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Candidate should be between 21-30 years of age.
2. They should be ready and available full-time 18-month commitment to the fellowship.
3. You are at least a graduate (in any discipline) or will be by the fellowship start date.
4. You understand that you can be placed in any part of the country.
