KEY R OLE & R ESPONSIBILITIES
Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
Developing and presenting project proposals.
Adjusting designs and plans to meet the clients needs.
Ability to develop look and feel.
Coordination with Project team, consultants, client & vendors.
Preparing drawings, specifications and documents.
Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
Periodic Site visits.
Assigning Design Team with daily tasks & deadlines.
Handover Documentation and Project closure.
Good Communication and Presentation skills.
Team Handling & Internal Coordination
