About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Attending day to day technical issues of clients like systems, servers, cameras, firewalls, cloud etc.
2. Keeping track of activities done in daily reports and the same to be shared on daily basis
3. Hardware and networking troubleshooting
4. Working on end user basic application support
5. Outlook/Emails configuration and monitoring
6. Systems backup and monitoring

Note: 2 wheeler is a must
