Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at BeeKayIT NetSec Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing hardware maintenance and software installations, configuring networks, and providing general IT support.

Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of desktop hardware and software
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Experience in hardware maintenance and component replacement
Familiarity with software installation and operating system configuration
Basic understanding of network protocols and configurations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, are a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding hardware and software issues
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner
Perform hardware maintenance, including upgrading components and replacing faulty parts
Install and configure software applications and operating systems
Assist with network configuration and troubleshooting
Provide general IT support and assist with IT-related projects
Ensure all support requests are properly documented and resolved
