Roles and Responsibilities
Perform mould polishing to ensure high-quality surface finishes
Conduct tooling maintenance to prolong the lifespan of moulds
Inspect surface finishes to meet quality standards
Adhere to quality control procedures to ensure product integrity
Utilize problem-solving skills to address issues in polishing processes
Interpret technical drawings to guide mould polishing activities
Execute machine maintenance to keep equipment operational

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 6 years of experience in Mould Polishing
Expertise in Tooling Maintenance
Proficiency in Surface Finish Inspection
Strong understanding of Quality Control processes
Excellent Problem-Solving skills
Ability to interpret Technical Drawings accurately
Experience in Machine Maintenance
