We are seeking freshers and experienced digital marketing associates to join our team. Whether you are just starting your career or looking to expand your professional experience, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow in the IT sales industry. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients via phone, explaining our IT and digital marketing services, and converting leads into sales. Additionally, you will assist with managing client data and supporting CRM setup and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact prospective clients via phone to present and promote IT and digital marketing services, including Google Ads, social media marketing, website design, software solutions, infrastructure services, technology consulting, and other IT and digital advertising services.
2. For Freshers: Generate leads by engaging potential clients and building their interest in the services. Once the client shows interest, transfer the lead to a senior consultant for further sales processing.
3. Follow up on inbound leads generated by our marketing campaigns, engage them further, and transfer them to senior sales for closing.
4. Participate in client meetings to observe, learn, and assist senior executives in nurturing relationships with key clients and partners.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
6. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
7. Identify client needs and recommend the best IT and digital marketing solutions to drive business growth.
8. Assist with the setup, management, and organization of the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of client details, calls, leads, and sales are maintained.
9. Work closely with the marketing team to understand the services offered and effectively communicate the benefits to potential clients.
10. Support the internal marketing team by updating and organizing CRM data to ensure smooth communication and delivery of client services.

- Create video content scripts and coordinate video production projects from concept to completion.
