About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Campaign planning and execution:- Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, paid advertising (PPC), SEO, and content marketing.
2. Content creation and management:- Writing engaging blog posts, social media content, website copy, and other digital content to attract and retain target audience.
3. Website optimization:- Analysing website performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
4. SEO optimization:- Implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search ranking.
5. Paid advertising management:- Creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant networks.
6. Data analysis and reporting:- Tracking campaign performance using analytics tools, measuring key metrics (ROI, conversion rates, click-through rates), and generating reports to identify insights and make data-driven decisions.
7. Market research and trend analysis:- Staying updated on emerging digital marketing trends and identifying new opportunities to leverage.
8. Collaboration with other teams:- Working closely with the sales team, content team, and design team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.

4. Content creation skills: Strong writing and editing abilities to produce engaging content for various platforms 

5. Social media proficiency: Understanding of different social media platforms and their best practices for engagement 

6. Technical skills: Familiarity with web analytics tools, marketing automation platforms.

7. Creative thinking: Ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns 

8. Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,80,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 2,40,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 2,40,000 /year
