1. Online Sales: Drive online sales across various marketplace websites, implementing strategies to increase order volumes daily.
2. Order Management: Ensure timely dispatch of goods, maintain accurate inventory, and update product availability regularly.
3. Product Expansion: Identify new products with potential and explore opportunities to expand our product range.
4. Client Acquisition: Add new online clients and focus on customer retention strategies to minimize client attrition.
5. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, monitor damages and losses, and take proactive measures for stock maintenance.
6. Office Management: Uphold office discipline, manage team office boys and support staff, and oversee cleanliness standards.
7. Website Optimization: Utilize platforms like BOT and Shopify to enhance the user experience, improve website functionality, and drive conversions.
8. Marketing and Social Media: Regularly update Google accounts with images or content changes, and maintain an active presence on social media with daily posts or reels.
