We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling CRM systems, lead management, and preparing detailed reports to track campaign performance and business growth. You will play a critical role in ensuring our digital marketing efforts align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Manage and maintain CRM platforms, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
- Update customer profiles, monitor interactions, and segment audiences for targeted campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within the CRM system.
2. Lead Management:
- Monitor and track leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Assign and follow up on leads with the sales team to ensure timely conversion.
- Develop and refine strategies for lead nurturing and engagement.
3. Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for campaigns and marketing activities.
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor KPIs and suggest strategies to improve key performance metrics.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Accuracy and timeliness of CRM data updates and management.
2. Lead response time and conversion rates.
3. Quality and comprehensiveness of marketing reports.
4. Contribution to the optimization of campaign performance.
5. Alignment with deadlines and team objectives.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and lead management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for data interpretation and reporting.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
