1. Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
2. Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
3. Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
4. Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for KPIs via paid marketing
5. Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
6. Working closely with the various teams to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
7. Working on the development of social media ad campaign strategy
8. Working on the creation, launch, and management of Facebook and Google ad campaigns, ad creatives, ad copies, and headlines
9. Testing, optimization, scaling, and retargeting the ad campaigns
10. Analyzing the performance of the ad campaigns by tracking the data & KPIs (on a daily basis and weekly basis)
11. Researching & monitoring the activity of the competitors
12. Reporting the performance of ad campaigns (weekly basis)
13. Handling the overall paid ad campaigns
