We are looking for a dynamic digital marketing & sales executive who can not only drive our digital marketing campaigns but also convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies combined with the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead generation and conversion:
a. Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
b. Follow up on generated leads and convert them into sales for digital marketing and website development services.
2. Sales and revenue growth:
a. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by closing deals with B2B clients.
b. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
3. Digital campaign management:
a. Manage SEO, SEM, and social media marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase lead volume.
b. Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
4. Market research and strategy:
a. Research competitors and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
b. Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
5. Reporting and analytics:
a. Prepare monthly performance reports for marketing campaigns and sales metrics.
b. Analyze campaign performance and share insights for future improvements.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and sales (B2B experience preferred).
3. Proven track record of meeting sales targets through digital channels.
4. Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
5. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to achieve goals.
