1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.
2. Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
3. Plan and execute social media growth marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and follower engagement.
4. Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and optimize as needed.
5. Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
7. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, and apply knowledge to achieve marketing goals.
8. Identify new digital marketing opportunities and explore innovative ways to reach our target audience.
Requirements:
1. Should have proven experience in handling social media marketing campaigns
2. Proven work experience as a digital marketing manager or similar role, with a focus on social media growth and marketing campaigns.
3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
4. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) and proficiency in Google Ads and social media advertising platforms.
5. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital technologies, or a related field.
