About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
2. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
3. Identify trends, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
4. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
5. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
6. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
7. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Experience: Minimum 4 years

Other requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree would be preferred in the marketing field.

2. Experience in a digital marketing agency or company is a must.

3. Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) and experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

4. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

5. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

6. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

7. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 5,10,000 /year
