Digital Marketing Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Daily Engagement:
- Respond to comments and direct messages (DMs) on Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Capture and share screenshots of positive customer interactions.
Monitor and respond to reviews on Google My Business.

2. Content Creation & Scheduling:
- Create and schedule engaging LinkedIn posts, Pinterest posts, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp broadcasts.
- Develop and post compelling Instagram Stories and WhatsApp Story content.
- Create and post promotional content for sales and special offers across all platforms.
- Create new ad campaigns as required.

3. Community Building:
- Respond to Instagram Stories and track progress.
- Broadcast posts on WhatsApp.
- Manage Instagram Highlights, including sections for New Launches, Reviews and feedback, contact us (with QR code), USP, and Specialty.

4. Content Creation:
- Design and create visually appealing infographics:
- Highlighting the benefits of specific Bonntonn products.
- Create and post Reels and infographics on the Instagram page.
- Design engaging Stories and Highlights for the Instagram page.

5. Google My Business:
- Add and manage product listings on Google My Business.

6. Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and analyze key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions across all platforms.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance.
- Keep up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies.
