Digital Marketing Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, Google Ads, and social media ads to drive traffic and sales.
- Leverage email marketing tools to engage customers and increase repeat purchases.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

2. Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms to build a strong online community.
- Run targeted social media ads to increase website traffic and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media analytics to measure the impact of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

3. Shopify Store Management
- Maintain and update the Shopify store with new products, collections, and seasonal content.
- Ensure the store is user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and integrated with relevant tools/apps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues related to the platform.

4. Customer Engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints on various platforms promptly and professionally.
- Use insights from customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality.

5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on sales, website traffic, and conversion rates across all channels.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
