Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a digital marketing manager or similar role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
4. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
5. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
6. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
7. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
8. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
9. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
10. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred skills:
1. Certification in digital marketing or related fields (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification).
2. Experience in managing remote or distributed digital marketing teams.
3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 5,25,000 /year
