We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
2. Plan and monitor the ongoing presence on social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
3. Launch optimized online adverts (Google Adwords, Facebook, etc.) to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
4. Engage in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.).
5. Prepare and distribute online newsletters and promotional emails.
6. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and create a website.
7. Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
8. Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using web analytics tools.
9. Stay updated on online marketing trends and strategies.
10. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
11. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily.
12. Plan, update, and oversee the social media calendar.
13. Devise social media marketing strategies.
14. Coordinate with marketing agencies for project and corporate deliverables.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
2. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
3. Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
4. Working knowledge of ad-serving tools.
5. Real estate marketing experience preferred.
6. Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
7. Creative content writing skills.
8. Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field.
