About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute SEO strategies that increase organic search visibility, improve search rankings, and drive targeted traffic.
2. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for both on-page and off-page SEO.
3. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, or Ahrefs.
4. Design and implement conversion optimization strategies across websites, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
5. Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content and website updates.
6. Analyze user behavior and A/B test campaigns to maximize conversion rates and improve ROI.
7. Lead paid ad strategies for Google Ads, social media platforms, and display networks to generate leads and drive sales.
8. Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Proven experience in SEO strategy, keyword research, and optimization (5+ years mandatory).

2. Proven experience to create converting marketing funnels.

3. Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), including A/B testing, customer journey mapping, and funnel optimization.

4. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.

5. Experience with Organic and paid digital marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

6. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required.

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Excellent English communication skills and a collaborative attitude

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 5,10,000 /year
