1. Collaborate with the head of marketing and communications/ operations to understand the unique selling points of the division and incorporate them into marketing materials.
2. Create compelling and engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email newsletters and online advertising.
3. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our e-publishing services across various digital platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google and our website.
4. Manage social media channels to increase brand visibility, engage with the audience to drive traffic towards Cameo's publishing services.
5. Utilize SEO strategies to optimize online content and improve search engine rankings.
6. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
7. Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance our reach.
8. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
9. Plan and execute online events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives to boost customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive marketing content.
Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and analyse marketing performance.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
