About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and execution of B2C digital marketing strategies in line with organizational goals.
2. Implement and optimize digital marketing channels such as paid search, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
3. Design school engagement and retention marketing campaigns.
4. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
5. Collaborate with team members to coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure alignment across channels.
6. Support the identification of new marketing opportunities and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
7. Drive lead generation through social media platforms.
8. Assist in managing calendars for events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
9. Provide administrative support for digital marketing projects and campaigns.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
11. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.
12. Contribute to the development of marketing materials and collateral as required.

Who can apply

2. Proficiency in executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

3. Familiarity with K12-related products and services is a plus.

4. Knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, WhatsApp channel, or LinkedIn Ads for creating and managing paid advertising campaigns.

5. Familiarity with social media platforms for scheduling posts, managing social media channels, and analyzing engagement metrics.

6. Ability to use project management tools like Asana for task organization, collaboration, and project tracking.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, document creation, and presentation development.

8. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva for creating visuals and graphics for marketing materials.
