1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
2. Proven experience in managing online advertising campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and native advertising platforms
3. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, SEMRush, Google Tag Manager
4. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for making technical adjustments to landing pages
5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive decision-making
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are highly desirable
8. Experience with programmatic advertising and other digital marketing channels is a plus
