About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and lead generation
2. Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, email, social media, and PPC campaigns)
3. Analyze and report on performance metrics and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs
4. Oversee content creation for digital channels, ensuring brand consistency
5. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
6. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Targets:

1. Increase website traffic to 50,000 per month within the first 6 months
2. Achieve 2,000+ new qualified leads per month
3. Improve ads conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization (specific target to be decided later)
4. Increase social media following by agreed percentage per month

6. Fluent in English writing and speaking
