Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital marketing:
a. Developing marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals conducting market research and analyzing trends
b. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
c. Manage social media channels and create engaging content for different platforms.
d. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies.
2. Lead generation: Implement effective lead-generation campaigns through various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
3. SEO and SEM: Enhance the company's online visibility by managing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, keyword research, and paid search marketing campaigns.
4. Social media management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) with targeted campaigns, posts, and engagement activities.
5. Content marketing: Plan and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, email newsletters, and video content to attract potential customers.
6. Website optimization: Work with developers to ensure the company's website is optimized for conversions, including layout, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
7. Email marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns for potential custmores.
8. Analytics & reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and recommend improvements. Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to measure the effectiveness of strategies.
9. Brand building: Consistently work on improving the company's brand image through innovative and engaging digital marketing campaigns.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Education : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, LinkedIn Post etc.)
3. Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media management.
4. Familiarity with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.).
5. Experience in email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
6. Proficiency in content creation and visual content development.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proficiency in marketing software like HubSpot, SEMrush, Mailchimp, and Google Ads.
9. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content development systems.
