3. Lead scoring & CRM integration: Expertise in lead scoring models and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
4. Conversion rate optimization (CRO): Hands-on experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel analysis
5. Content marketing & SEO strategy: Strong background in content creation, blogging, and driving SEO results
6. Strong analytical skills: Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and performance reporting
7. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication for collaboration and client interactions
8. Project management experience: Familiarity with tools like Asana or Trello for managing multiple digital projects efficiently
9. Certifications & education:
a. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
b. Current Google Ads and Analytics certifications
c. Additional relevant digital marketing certifications
10. Track record:
a. Minimum 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
b. History of achieving >50% growth in organic traffic
c. Experience managing ₹5L+ monthly ad spend
d. Proven record of generating 500+ qualified leads monthly
