Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and update training materials on various digital marketing topics, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, analytics, and more
2. Customize training modules to address the specific needs of the audience
3. Conduct training sessions and workshops using diverse teaching methods to engage learners and ensure effective knowledge transfer
4. Provide hands-on training with practical exercises and case studies
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
6. Adapt training techniques and materials based on feedback and industry trends
7. Offer ongoing support and consultation to trainees as they apply new skills and knowledge
8. Develop and execute creative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement
9. Create visually stunning content, including photos, videos, and graphics, tailored for various social media platforms
10. Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to optimize content performance
11. Engage with followers and manage community interactions across social media channels
12. Analyze key metrics and provide insights to improve social media presence and effectiveness continually
1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a digital marketing trainer & social media expert or in a similar role
2. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools
3. Strong photography skills with an eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
4. Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Bachelor’s degree and diploma or degree in a relevant field
Salary: Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 /year
