About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Set up a network of channel partners (distributors, dealers, and sub dealers as required) for optimum reach and penetration of tile adhesives & allied products in the assigned market. Ensure an optimum stock level of all product items with our channel partners.
2. Devise and execute a demand generation campaign to create awareness, and interest among buyers and influencers (applicators / masons, contractors, end customers, builders / developers, architects & designer) through multiple activities (product presentations & demonstrations, content creation & distribution, masons meet at retail outlet, naaka meet, contractors meet, architect meet, etc.)
3. Devise and execute lead generation & conversion campaigns for accurate sales projections and improved sales (interested prospects into customers) by tracking and visiting construction sites, developing effective engagement by providing solutions and objection handling.
4. Maintain sales volume, product mix, selling price, and credit periods if any by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
5. Conduct market research at regular intervals to gain market intelligence, gauge selling possibilities, and evaluate customer needs with a good geographical understanding.
6. Implement a strategic business plan that helps expand the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence with regular updates on competitor's activities like know the competitors' products scheme, and various types of products
7. Complete compliance with the company's reporting requirements in both online and offline formats.

Other requirements

1. Candidate from the construction chemical/construction industry/tile adhesive industry at the same level and geography shall be preferred.

2. Candidate with minimum 2 years of experience.

3. Must possess good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with an ability to work independently and as a part of a team

4. Intermediate in English, but good in Hindi & great with the words.

5. Experience of 2-5 years in Construction Chemical Industry for this CTC Bracket.

6. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories by his own Vehicle.

7. Minimum graduate, post-graduation in business administration will be preferred.

8. Ability to launch a similar product in the market & 2nd point mentioned in the key responsibilities.

9. Demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

10. Proven ability to drive sales.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 10,001 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 4,20,000 /year
