Key responsibilities:

1. Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills - Engage with store owners and decision-makers effectively, building strong relationships.
2. Presentation & Persuasion - Confidently pitch Namakwali products, demonstrating the ability to persuade potential partners.
3. Basic Math Skills - Accurately handle pricing discussions and order calculations.
4. Negotiation & Closing - Skillfully negotiate and close deals, convincing buyers to stock Namakwali products.
5. Time Management & Efficiency - Maximize daily outreach by covering the highest number of retail spaces.
6. Market Research & Problem-Solving - Analyze competitor products, address objections, and stay proactive in market trends.
7. Self-Motivated & Independent - Take initiative and work independently to drive sales.
8. FMCG/Retail Knowledge - Basic understanding of FMCG and retail sectors (preferred but not mandatory).
9. Local Market Familiarity - Knowledge of Dehradun's retail and hospitality landscape is an added advantage.


The selected candidate will play a key role in driving Namakwali's sales in the offline market by establishing partnerships with retail stores, hotels, and caf s. This hands-on role involves direct engagement, pitching Namakwali products, and ensuring seamless collaboration to maximize brand visibility and sales growth.
