We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated 'Domestic Travel Executive' with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in using the Amadeus Reservation System to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of domestic travel operations, be skilled and expert in Amadeus, and demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. Using the NDC platform and all domestic airline portals with full ability to calculate fares and reissue tickets.
Key responsibilities:
1. Domestic travel coordination: Handle end-to-end booking for domestic travel ensuring timely and accurate arrangements for clients.
2. Amadeus expertise demonstration: Utilize Amadeus for flight reservations, ticketing, re-issuance, and cancellations; ensure compliance with company and industry standards and ensure no debit notes.
3. Customer support and assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction in all aspects of domestic travel.
4. Booking management: Maintain accurate records of all bookings, payments, and cancellations; manage booking modifications and rebookings effectively.
5. Travel documentation handling: Ensure clients receive all necessary travel documentation such as e-tickets, itineraries, and accommodation vouchers.
6. Compliance & policy management: Ensure all bookings are made in compliance with company policies, airline regulations, and industry standards.
7. Hotel booking management: Strong and detailed knowledge of holiday and business destinations in India and also hotel bookings on various hotel websites and vendors.

8. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
9. Good command of English written and spoken.
10. Ability to work with full integrity in all functions internally and externally.
Preferred qualities:
1. Previous experience working with a travel agency or corporate travel department.
2. Familiarity with other GDS systems or travel-related software is a plus.
3. Certification in travel or tourism (optional).
4. Extreme discipline with a positive attitude.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
