This is a full-time on-site job located in Delhi, India for a donor relationship executive. The donor relationship executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with donors, coordinating donation campaigns, and ensuring donor satisfaction. The role also involves identifying new donor prospects and developing strategies to increase donations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist donors with inquiries and provide information about our activities in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and update database systems using MS-Excel and MS-Office.
3. Communicate effectively in both spoken English and Hindi to ensure clear understanding of their queries.
4. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving donor satisfaction.
5. Respond to emails and letters in a timely manner with excellent written English proficiency.
