Dot Net Developer - Lead Job

LEVEL UP STC is looking for a Dot NET developer - Lead role for our client.

Location - Chennai & Work from Office. ( Only local candidates are preferred)
Notice Period - Immediate Joiners only

Position: .NET Lead
Minimum Experience: 7+ years
Budget: 30% Hike from Current CTC (10 LPA to 12 LPA)
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2. Extensive experience (8+ years) in software development using Microsoft .NET technologies, including C# and ASP.NET.
3. Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
Strong understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and development best practices.
4. Solid knowledge of databases, SQL, and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
Knowledge in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Prior experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers to improve their technical skills.
7. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
