About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase product visibility, and enhance the overall online shopping experience within assigned product categories.
2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 7 individuals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of category management tasks across different e-commerce platforms.
3. Platform Management: Handle end-to-end aspects of multiple e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, Myntra, JioMart, and others, through effective team coordination.
4. Dirve with the team, own the process and reporting -
a. Advertising Strategy: Collaborate with the advertising specialist to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns to promote products within assigned categories across various platforms.
b. Catalog Management: Work closely with the catalog specialist to ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing, across all online platforms.
c. Photoshoot Coordination: Coordinate photoshoots for new products and ensure high-quality product images that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
d. Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative specialist to develop engaging and visually appealing content, including product banners, graphics, and promotional materials, to support category-specific marketing initiatives.
e. Customer Service: Oversee the customer service specialist to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across all e-commerce platforms.
f. Operations Management: Supervise the operations specialist to streamline processes and optimize efficiency in order management, inventory management, and fulfillment operations across multiple platforms.
g. Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance metrics, such as sales data, website traffic, customer feedback, and operational efficiency, to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize category performance.
h. Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, secure exclusive deals, and expand product offerings within assigned categories.

4. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.

5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

6. Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for delivering exceptional online shopping experiences.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,50,000 - 6,00,000 /year
